Terms & Conditions

– Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance will expire after this period.
– Gift Cards can only be redeemed at Banca Di Roma, unless otherwise stated.
– The Gift Card QR code must be presented at the time of payment and will be scanned for redemption at the restaurant.
– If the total bill exceeds the Gift Card value, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
– Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Lost, copied, or unauthorised Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
– Gift Cards purchased are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once issued.
– Gift Cards may not be resold, transferred for value, or used for commercial or promotional purposes without prior written consent.
– Management reserves the right to refuse redemption of any Gift Card that is believed to have been altered, duplicated, obtained fraudulently, or used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
– By purchasing or redeeming a Gift Card, the holder agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
