How does it work?
Earn Points
You will earn 5 points for every £1 you spend on food, soft drinks, and hot beverages when you order from our Italian menu. Points are not awarded on alcohol, service charge, or on the purchase or redemption of vouchers or gift cards.
Points are awarded based on the amount after any promotional discounts are applied.
Spend or Save?
Points can be redeemed at Banca di Roma. 100 points = £1 to spend. If you have provided your member QR Code, our team can easily check your points balance. Just let them know how much (if any) you want to redeem before requesting your bill.
To redeem points or apply them to a purchase
Present the QR Code: Show the QR Code from your ‘Loyalty’ page to our team.
Scan and Apply: They will scan the code and apply the points, allowing you to use some or all of your accumulated points. 1 point = 1p
How to Get Started
Accumulate and Redeem Points: Watch your points grow and effortlessly redeem them against future in-store purchases.
Create a Personal Account: To collect points on in-restaurant purchases, make sure to create a personal account.
Present Your Loyalty Page: During payment, show your Loyalty page on the app to our staff to ensure points are credited to your account.
In-Store Redemption Process
Once your account is verified, you can redeem your points in-store. If your account isn’t verified yet, simply follow the steps outlined above. Please note, verification is not required for point collection.
